Intellectual property
The text, layout, code, and original content on this Site are owned by Finpendium. Financial formulas, mathematical concepts, and definitions of industry-standard terms are not proprietary — only our specific expression of them. You may quote short excerpts for non-commercial educational purposes with attribution. Charts and company figures are licensed more freely; see the next section.
Charts and company data
The charts and the company results tables on our company pages are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, embed, share and adapt them for any purpose, including commercially, as long as you:
- credit Finpendium with a link to the company page the chart or figures come from (the embed code under each chart already includes this credit);
- indicate if you have changed the chart or the figures.
The figures themselves come from the companies’ own published reports, which are linked on each company page. The licence does not cover company names or logos, and does not imply that Finpendium or the companies endorse your use. The “No warranty on accuracy” and “Limitation of liability” sections above also apply to charts and data you reuse.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
